Find the paperwork for the engagement

Talent can find the matching engagement’s agreement in Project Files, alongside documents from its associated hiring conversations.

When this is useful

Use Files when you need to revisit what was agreed or reopen a document shared earlier. Matching the agreement to the engagement helps keep the paperwork with the work it belongs to.

How to use it

1. Open the relevant Project in Lawtrades Agent.
2. Select Files and locate the agreement or shared document.
3. Choose View to open it or Download to save a copy, when available.
4. If an agreement link has expired, retry opening it so a fresh link can be requested.

If the document is unavailable

Only documents available to your account appear. Check the Project and document name. If the browser blocks a new window, allow it for app.lawtrades.com and retry; contact support if the document still cannot open.
