Find Project agreements and files

Open or download documents shared in your Project.

For members of a small-business Project. The documents shown depend on your access.

Open a document

  1. Open your Project in Lawtrades Agent.
  2. Select Files.
  3. Find the agreement or shared document.
  4. Select View to open it, or Download to save a copy.

An example talent agreement opens from the Files tab of its Project.

What you can find

Files includes the agreements and documents available to you from the Project and its related conversations.

If a document will not open

  1. Refresh the page and try the document again. An expired agreement link may need to be renewed.
  2. If your browser blocks the new window, allow pop-ups for app.lawtrades.com, then retry.
  3. If it still fails, contact support with the Project name and document name.

If files are missing

Select Retry if the list could not load. If it loads but shows no documents, check that you opened the right Project and that the file was shared in one of its conversations.
