Fixes

See when résumé processing needs a retry

·Account·For talent

Clearer messages distinguish an uploaded file from an unfinished profile.

More about this change

Tell an uploaded file from a finished profile

Résumé processing now reports more clearly when the file arrived but its processing status could not be checked, or when profile generation failed.

The problem it solves

A successful upload does not mean the profile is ready. Separate messages help you understand which part of the process needs attention, instead of assuming your file was never received.

If it still fails

Brief connection failures receive limited retries. If processing continues to fail, contact support with the error shown. Do not assume the profile was generated just because the file uploaded.

Message candidates before your first hire

·Projects·For small businesses

Small-business accounts can reach candidate messaging before their first hire.

More about this change

Reach the conversation before your first hire

Small-business accounts can access candidate messaging before they have an active engagement. This fixes an account-state check that could hide that access.

The problem it solves

You may need to discuss the scope, experience or availability before deciding whom to hire. Messaging should be available during that decision, where the account and conversation permit it.

If you cannot reply

Earlier conversations marked read-only remain history. Use the available current Project conversation, or contact support if the expected conversation is missing. This change does not grant access to other people’s conversations.
