Review candidates for your Project

Open your candidates

1. Open the Project in Lawtrades Agent.
2. Select Candidates.
3. Review the candidate information and open a profile for more detail.
4. Use the search and sort controls to narrow the list.

Choose a next step

The available actions depend on the candidate and Project status. Opening the hire process does not by itself finish hiring.

When multi-hire recruiting is closed, new hiring and interview actions are unavailable. Use Hiring settings to reopen recruiting if you need more candidates. Existing work continues separately.

• Message: start or return to the Project conversation with the candidate.
• Request Interview: open an interview request when this action is available.
• Hire: open the offer process. Review the terms and remaining steps before completing it.
• Continue hire: return to an unfinished fixed-fee hire when this action is shown.
• Open project: return to an existing eligible workspace for that lawyer.

If the list is empty

Clear the search to see the full list. If you see Unable to load applicants or Unable to load recommendations, select Try again. A loading error does not mean there are no candidates.
