Correct a worklog
Change the time, date, or description of an editable entry.
For talent editing their own time entries in Insights. Automatically recorded Project completion entries cannot be edited.
Update the entry
- Open Insights and find the worklog.
- Open the row’s menu and select Edit.
- Correct the time in H:MM format, date, engagement, or description as needed.
- Select Update.
- Find the entry again and check the saved values.
If editing is blocked
Project completion entries are recorded automatically and are not editable time entries.
For a closed billing period or other save error, contact support with the engagement, date, and correction needed. Keep the original date; changing it to get around a restriction would make the record inaccurate.
