Reset your password

Request a reset code

1. Open Forgot password.
2. Enter the email address for your account.
3. Select Request password reset and check your email for the code.

Choose a new password

1. On Reset Password, enter your account email and Password reset code.
2. Select Verify code.
3. Enter New password and Confirm password.
4. Select Reset password and follow the result shown on the page.

If the code does not work

Check the email and code for typing errors. If the page rejects the code, return to Forgot password to request another. Contact support if you still cannot reset it; keep the code private.
