Find a conversation

This sidebar search matches names. Use a recognizable title to make a conversation easier to find later.

For clients, a hiring Project normally starts with Hiring |. A hire’s workspace normally starts with the lawyer’s name. If you renamed the item, your saved name takes precedence.

1. Open Lawtrades Agent and expand the sidebar if it is collapsed.
2. Select Search projects and chats.
3. Type part of the chat or Project name, then choose the matching item.

Rename a chat

Press Escape to cancel an edit.

1. Open the chat’s menu in the sidebar.
2. Select Rename.
3. Enter the new name and press Enter to save it.

Keep a Project near the top

1. Open the Project’s sidebar menu.
2. Select Pin to top.
3. To remove the pin, open the same menu and select Unpin project.

Find an archived Project

Expand Archive under Projects when it is available. If the list looks empty, clear the sidebar search before checking again.
