Find and organize your chats

Find a saved conversation by its name or a message you remember.

For saved personal chat history in your signed-in Lawtrades Agent account.

Find a conversation

  1. Select the Search icon in the Agent sidebar to open the search panel.
  2. Enter a phrase of at least two characters and press Enter or select the arrow. Chat and Project names filter as you type.
  3. Select a matching message result to open the original message. If Search more chats appears, select it to keep looking.
  • Search finds your messages and Agent replies, with one match per chat. Some messages sent with attachments aren’t searchable, but Agent replies can still appear.
  • Search checks your saved personal chat history. Shared rooms, deleted chats and chats saved only in your browser aren’t included. Your current draft stays saved.

Rename a chat

Press Escape to cancel an edit.

  1. Open the chat’s menu in the sidebar.
  2. Select Rename.
  3. Enter the new name and press Enter to save it.

Keep a Project near the top

  1. Open the Project’s sidebar menu.
  2. Select Pin to top.
  3. To remove the pin, open the same menu and select Unpin project.

Find an archived Project

Close Search, then expand Archive under Projects when it is available.
